Maybe you've heard of this. You create a title for a fictitious book, and then give the name of the fictitious author whose name will reflect the title of the book. For example:

"Twenty Miles to the Toilet" By: Willy Maiket.

I'll start.

"Girls Who Want To" By: Shirley Wil & Annie Tyme.

You must be confusing this non-extant novel with another entitled:

Twenty Yards To The Outhouse by Willy Maykit

Illustrated by Betty Dont

Foreword by Andy Didant

Leather by Bindi Ng

Agents were Lee Chez

After non-publication the novel was made into the imaginative movie:

Paper Moon directed by P Bogdanovich

Apparently, you are unaware of the revised edition. The nonexistent publisher convinced nonexistent Willy that the nonexistent title wasn't plausible, as anyone can make it to an outhouse that is only sixty feet away. If not, then you should see your doctor.
