Where do you live and what % of your pre tax annual income is currently used for housing (mortgage, rent) For this purpose I would exclude sewer/water/insurance/tax

What % of your post tax, post health deduction annual income is currently used for housing

I live in Boston and my mortgage is 23% of my pre tax income, but calculated after tax and after health care is comes out to 40%.

I'm just curious to the disparities we will find.

30.6% of pre-tax, probably about 36.6% of post-tax.

If you own, I would guess that you're biggest expenses are from real estate taxes and health insurance costs.
