They were doomed to hell before so why change if you are doomed, but now a new covenant for them is here. So, now if they turn from evil then they can enter back into the heavens. I dont know if they will chang but now they are no longer doomed to hell. Before all that they knew was they had to face hell one day. So now maybe with this new opportunity they will choose whats right! I dont know honestly how God plans to work it out but I know if your doomed then u will be pretty pissed and keep destroying but if there is Hope it might change!

Yes shinning one, so why do u think that God would make him perfect just to watch him be doomed to hell?

Which place/state rendered Hell do you suppose he is doomed to? Gehenna, Sheol/Hades or Tartaroo?

Hades, when Jesus dies he also went there and defeated death, if you believe then you shall not die.

@Prayforlucifer,
They can still enter heaven lol. Thats why satans name is also "the accuser". Day by day he accuses you of sin infront of the Lord.

Thats why in the book of Relevations he re-enters heaven to battle God, and then gets cast out of heaven for good.
