This is another topic by you about the same thing.
I haven't answered because I don't have the energy at present to write a long explanation about how our brains work. Our brains are phenomenal, and new information is found out about them almost constantly.

You have a lot of reading to do if you want to find out about the nature of thinking.
Maybe another poster will take it on with reading suggestions.

Put simply, your thoughts are not from God or Satan. They are from your brain, not anything on the tippy top of it.
