Transfering From Community College into University

HI, I am trying to find a way to get into a Drama School w/out having to take the SATs/ACTs. I heard that you could get in by going to community college 1st for a year and then transfer, but I don't want to spend a year because I want to start in the fall of 2016. My question is: 1. Do you have to take the SAT/ACTs after you transfer to a University to get in and 2nd, would I still be accepted into a University after only spending a semester at Community College?

Um?
my view is that you would be smarter to meet their standards. There are reasons for those.

@ossobuco,
What is your problem? You don't like tests? Maybe you should study for them.
I spent six months studying for some.

That sounds mean and I do get that tests can have bias.

Still, you seem wanting to be slippery and that is not even in you own best interest.
