im trying to find a tape i listened to as a child! please help!

I'm trying to remember a tape that I listened to as a kid. It started out with I believe an ice cream man and some kids jumping rope to "bless the lord, all my soul, and all that is within me bless his holy name" then they kept getting faster and faster. This would have been late 80s early 90s. Please help!!
