O.k. Go to Start | All Programs and see if you see an entry for Spybouncer. If you do there is an uninstaller there, use it. If not go to http://www.spybouncer.com/ then install the free trial version then simply uninstall it as above.

I found the bouncer install file located in the c:\winnt\downloaded installations folder. I solve the issue by deleting this file.

My machine is no longer infected/hijacked however I have 2 other issues that need attention.

1.) the uninstall program is still not loading when I click the icon in control panel (I'm not sure when this started)

2.) adaware detected 1 new object related to media player. the log files for both adaware and hijackthis follow.

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

how to remove error
The file that looks for inetkw.dll is inetmgr.dll which is located in the c:\windows\system32 folder. Find that file delete it and run hijackthis in safe mode that should clear up the problem.
