I remember reading somewhere that drinking too much green tea can actually have negative effects...
Any health experts here know for sure?
One cup a day would be fine - ?
It doesn't hurt to drink a cup or two per day. As with anything, there is overdoing it. I wouldn't drink half a gallon a day.
