Not sure but it looks similar to paintings by this lady I found “Caroline Burnett

There are so many similar paintings from French Impressionists done.
Frankly, I think this is a more modern replica of a street scene, mainly due
to the "Club" sign on the right.

It's probably of that school. Going to Paris to study art is almost a cliché, so many do it, and the scenes are replicated hundreds of times and sold to tourists. It could be Burnett, but it's more likely to be one of her many students/protégés.
