How can we avoid school bus incidents that happen often nowadays?

Pass the school budget every year so that equipment can be repaired and more experienced drivers can be retained.

Move to a different country? We don't have an epidemic of school bus 'incidents' whatever they are here in the US. Or at least, not highly publicized ones.

BTW: No one knows what country where you live. Therefore, no one can answer your very vague question. We don't know what kind of buses, budget for bussing, etc... your community is used to, let alone what you define as school bus incidents.
