You Are NOT Going to BELIEVE What I saw today!!

I was at a stoplight three cars back coming out of Winnco. On the right corner in front of me an old guy claiming to be a down on his luck vet was crouched, leaning on his panhandling sign. This is a spot the once in awhile is staked out by young people, but it is usually old (50+) often alleged vets. So any way the light changes and just as I begin to move I see something thrown hard at the old man from the passenger in the car in front (some old large GMC product) but missing in front and to the right about 3 feet. It makes a big noise as it hits the pavement and starts rolling. It appears to be a standard size water bottle with a small portion removed. The old man never to my eyes reacted.

WHAT?

I dislike these people who loiter on many dozen corners in this town, who seem to be in clubs and staffing these corners on a schedule, but assault with an almost full water bottle??!!

This is new to me.
