I had this fun idea when I was little. You pour baking soda all around an ant hill, and then come back in a few days. Possibly the ants would have collected all of the powder into their home for storage. Then you pour vinegar down the main hole. Isn't that just a brilliant way to kill ants? I've never actually tried it though.
Oh, you big meanie!
I could see how it might be amusing, though!
What about doves and corn? Or was that doves and rice?
It's seagulls and alka-seltzer.
Slugs and salt.
Roly-polys and microwaves.
Ants and magnifying lenses.
What happens to roly-polys in microwaves?!
That is fat with awesome.
What about spoons and microwave?
A harmless little bug that rolls itself up into a ball. Kids love 'em. They also love to nuke 'em.

Oh, sow bugs DON'T roll into balls, but look like roly polys... Now I know why they died when i tried to force them into balls.
Eeeeww! yucky! armored bugs!
...I'm getting itchy.
Boiling water poured on anthills works faster.
Scoates, I misread the title of your thread. I entered here expecting to find information about your weekend activities.
Tentatively, I might add.
You guys are quick this morning.
Damn quick.
