Is it illegal

So I was hanging out on my roof in my apartment building and I was taking pictures of the city for a project. One of my neighbors, who lives downstairs, saw me and asked who was up there. I came out and told her it was me. Afterwards, she just stood there and I was wondering why she didn't just ignore me and go on with her business. I then went downstairs and she began taking pictures. I mean I was only taking them for my project and I wasn't invading her property..I even had permission from my manager to go up there..Can she get me into trouble because of the pictures?
