I'm far from an expert, but...

ClearSearch is spyware.

O2 - BHO: IE Agent - {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000221} - C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\CSIE.DLL

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000006B1-19B5-414A-849F-2A3C64AE6939} - C:\WINDOWS\bi.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ClrSchLoader] C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\Loader.exe

What I don't see is any antivirus programs running. Norton AV will pick up Clearsearch as a virus and help you remove it: http://sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.clearsearch.html

If you've never used Norton AV before you should download the trial version: http://nct.symantecstore.com/0142/NAV_2004_trailware.html

If you want to try to remove it manually see: http://www.pestpatrol.com/pestinfo/c/clearsearch.asp

Spybot Search and Destroy should also detect it: http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download

-------------------------------------------

Incredifind is adware.

O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL

You really need to be running some AV. There are a bunch of free AV programs available. Check them out.

Good luck!
