Thanks, Joe. It's being a really depressing weekend, not because of the triviality of age, but because of lots of being ignored and even one complete betrayal... but I'm glad that I'm here....
Kicky and I are headed for the airport this minute. Tell your betrayers they have till the morrow to put their affairs in order.

Ooh, I'll take the weird wines (as long as they're not too strong,) and the cake (as long as everyone has a sliver too,) you two, but I'll have to graciously decline any boytoys, toyboys, or motorscooters; as you know from my comments on a certain very active post, I would, indeed, enjoy mental stimulation, but I doubt that they'd be able to provide it!

For our American cousins, it's the Queens Birthday Weekend also (Drom's Birthday Weekend not yet being a universal celebration). The fact that Betty Windsor was born on April 21st may seem confusing to some.
