Recently in MA our National Grid electricity has skyrocketed in price. We are being called and sent for much lower prices from all these other small companies and are thinking of switching.
Why pay more - anone have experience with these companies? What happens if there is an outage for example --

We had solar panels installed that will have a lower cost pkh vs pg&e, and the excess will be credited. We did it for the environment rather than cost savings, but benefit both ways.
