Before swelling, the tissue is treated with a chemical cocktail that makes it transparent, and then with the fluorescent molecules that anchor specific proteins to the acrylate, which is then infused into tissue.

From which is then infused into tissue..... what this "which" stand for .... the acrylate ...or the proteins ...?

Wow Ara that's really a good q. I would have guessed the fluorescent molecules but the singular "is" suggests the acrylate

Incidentally the second comma should be removed
