Holy ****, am I stupid. I guess I should read the directions some day. I forgot the way to title a link so tht only the title I give shows up in blue. I had it written down here but I got it covered in post- its on my blackboard somewhere under some tax news

oh mann latkes , oh baby baby, My favorite treat next to bacon. Ill bet they could put bacon INTO latkes and jazz em up a bit.
Naaah, maybe just the bacon on the side.

latkes need to be eaten while the kitchen smoke alarm is still going off.

No sour cream thank you. Horseradish an apple butter mixed together is a nice topping. Apple sauce too.

I tried wasabi on my latkes once, too hot.

I like them best with unsweetened apple sauce ... but with a little sugar on the side to dip the crispy edges into

that's what hamburgboy's father taught me

he made the best potato pancakes ... just the right amount of grated onion in them
