HELP! Trying to find a video by description, see if you know it!!

there was a video that played on vh1 jumpstart in early 2014, Im trying to find the name of artist and song. In the video, a guy is standing in a long line, its outside on a street, its hot out, he leaves the line as the music picks up ad starts dancing all over the place with everyone, at the end of the song, he returns to the line, covered in sweat and the line leader says --next! its a very upbeat poppy dance track, can anyone help?!?!?
