My daughter is 16 and she started college, but when she is home she is rude and she doesn't help out how can I motivate her to behave?

You are giving her money, right?
I would make rules with well spelled out financial consequences for each.

Simple! Let her leave college! It is a very dangerous thing and is making her crazy!!
All your threads are about how you can control/change your children. I think that might have something to do with it.

Tell her you're going to pull her out of college and put her back in high school where she belongs until she's 18.
