Here is a small test that determines one's 'Lateral acquiescence'.
Which is correct?
1. 'You have awoken me!'
2. 'You have awakened me!'
Do consider what you know and know not before answering.

Neither you would say
"You have woken me" if you'd had just woken up or
" I was awoken by ....." If discussing it later
