Too good a day to be inside but I've got to take down and pack and artifact display.
yah. i was tempted by a computer game that evil littlek introduced me to, luckily the cd is badly scratched, so out into the dustbin it flew, and i am going to drag myself out by my ears and go biking at least for 2 hours. then maybe clean windows and plant some seedlings outside.... or manana...
Took my son to the game store this morning so he could play Yu-Gi-Oh cards with other kids while I read the newspaper and ate apple slices in the car. Then we went to the pet store, got a few supplies and played with the kittens. I'm going to the nursery this afternoon to pick out a new birdbath. Our last one tipped over and broke (concrete.) Perhaps I will get an iron one this time. My tomcat, Buster, loves sitting in the dining room window and watching the birds stopping for a drink and a bite to eat at the bird feeder nearby. He can stay there, zoned out, all day. We call it BirdTV.
cut and sprayed almost 30 acres of hay. Ill cut some more on Tues and Fri, weather permitting. Bailing it in between and putting up in the barn is done by a contractor.
lots of animals out today. Saw 2 snapping turtles going to the fields to lay eggs, A deer and a fawn were near the edge of a woods , and a large hawk was tailing my hay wake scouting for rabbits.

Okay, I'm back from my wanderings around the city now. Bought some good new underwear. Now I'm going to take a shower and get ready to go out and watch the Lakers game with a couple friends.
Back from dinner at La Pergola with Melanie. Could go to bed now... But once again, I could not get past the computer...
Back from work. Sun still out here, I looooove this time of year..
I wrote 7 poems today. I'll post them here shortly.
25-mile bike ride this morning. Got a flat. Found out my spare tube is the wrong @#$%^&*ing size! Walked the last coupla miles home. Make that a 23-mile ride and a 2-mile walk.
