I am a nurse. I have already taken the ielts exam and I failed. And it seems that my brother will not help me in my employment in uk because i have failed the exam. But i really wanyed to work abroad. Because here in the philippines, skilled nurses are taken for granted and our salary wage is just the same asbthe janitors. So, i really wanted to go.

She wants to if we know where an uncertified nurse can earn a big wage.
I recommend studying and and retaking the test or working in the Philippines until she could retake the test and have a year or two experience under trying conditions behind her.

If you have failed your exams, It's because you are not good enough to be what you want to be.
Options.
Improve.
Try something else.
And, If you are doing something for financial-gain alone, your heart will not be in it. This will hamper your progress.
