How do I know if he's taking me seriously?
Texting is so hard to read him and I often end up not replying...
I can't tell if he considers me gf material like what are the signs, things they say? What they do?

Didn't you ask this already?

Maybe try, I dunno, going out somewhere? You know, a place with cloth napkins and table service, or perhaps a place where they sell popcorn and Junior Mints. There is no law that you can't be the one to do the 'asking out'. And see what happens.
