Anyone interested in knowing if IRA distributions and spousal social security benefits are included in the modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) besides me?

I need the income to qualify for the subsidiary. However, I have read conflicting information. Can you include taxable IRA distributions and spousal social security benefits to calculate the MAGI to qualify?
