This week on South Today we're telling the remarkable story of a rare musical clock, which it's thought may once have belonged to Marie Antoinette. Designed to play eight separate tunes, the clock is one of only a handful of its kind left in existence and was badly in need of conservation. And we need your help. Experts have so far only been able to identify three of the tunes, so can you help us find out what the others are? This is the first track, which is thought to have been composed by Haydn. And you can see the full report on Wednesday's South Today on BBC1 at 18:30. And we'll post two tracks here on Facebook each day this week.
The link takes you to a page of South Today videos, the clock ones are easily recognisable because they all look like this except for the track number.
Nursery tunes and simple songs from the low countries or northern Europe, nothing that rings a bell with me.
Someone into Andre Rieu might get some of them.
