I need a list of risky, reasonable, and inexpensive things to do.

You need to define some terms here. How is that something risky can also be considered reasonable? Or is this just call and response spam?

As in not leaving the country and not needing hundreds of dollars.

If consequences are of no concern, there's always the classic, Russian roulette.

Since no one knows ...
where you live... (at least give us state and country or at least the country for Pete's sake);
what you consider inexpensive;
what you might consider reasonable;
whether you will be doing it with others or by yourself;
etc....

Without the answer to these questions: It's impossible to answer your question without throwing out a few absurd ideas and seeing if we're close to what you are looking for.
