I assume it is any three increasing integers whose graphemic form contains at least one loop.

It is any three increasing numbers if that's what you meant.
The point of the exercise was to see whether people would justify their own ideas with a confirmation rather than try disprove their assumptions of what they thought the rule was.
Try it out on other people and see what happens.
