What is the best or top colleges that have a criminal justice major, program, and/or course?

I am a junior in high school and I wanna be a police officer,in the secret service, fbi, or cia and I know that you don't have to take cj to become one. But I thought that that or military science would be my best bet at getting in. I have almost decided to go with cj since I would have more options for my career if I took that path. My best friend also wants to become a police officer someday and he asked me and wanted to know my opinion. I deciede to ask on here. I would prefer a college that would allow me to use guns. I would want a college that would give me some firearm/rifle training with the course or program.
