Besides my beloved hat which you see in my avatar, I own one other, which unfortunately is on loan to patiodog right now. I loaned the dog the hat several years ago when he wouldn't stop whining about the cold Wisconsin winters.

Lessee... the Official Indiana Jones Stetson (I kid you not) is just too beat up to waer in public, so I bought an aussie type hat for fairly short money untill I can afford to replace it right. Man I love a good fedora. Some folk here saw the elder SealPup in the hat I bought him for his birthday... that's the kind of topper I want!

Straw panama for kite flying.

Freebie baseball caps including A2K and 2 from Brown & Sharpe (makers of the machine that earns my bread & butter). Mostly for yard work.

I bought a "flying doctors" t-shirt for my wife, cause she's a nurse. We visited the station near Cairns.

Well - I've never been to an RFDS office

But then - I'm not a tourist!

I forgot to include in my hat collection this especially garish red thing, probably supposed to be a golf hat, covered in Christmas symbols, flashing lights, etc. A friend sent it to me from USA! Shocked

She said it was the norm, there Confused

I have a fine if small hat collection. And a couple of recent awkmeeting hats, courtesy of CI, and by the way, CI, shy as I was to look even worse in SF and wear the damn hat, I do wear it here, proudly. Sometimes.

Someday, these hat & logo sites will get that women often look stupid in baseball hats. Or think we do. There ARE other designs possible.

BTW, it makes me laugh to think that the A2K Gatherings in Florida, Boston and London/Europe are also wearing that "thing."

Yes. I wore my first a2k hat, early on, to weed my everneeding weeding 75 foot stretch in front of the still sad boxwood hedge, getting the extraneous stuff out between the whatsit. Wait, I'll remember... that's it, the white Erodium... I do this after work, as a stream of traffic passes by. Think of how many see the hat. From the side, of course.

I lost that hat.

Ordered two more, and they are different from the first. They sit on my walls.

The one from SF,
I have worn it to the market on a day off.. twice.

What a brave girl she is..

Pass on the bridge - there's a couple of fair examples in my backyard, thanks!
