What factors should we keep in our mind while renting a home to strainer?

Make sure that you have great soundproofing in the toilet, as I've heard that Strainer can get a bit noisy.

When one rents to a strainer one is always concerned as to whether or not the hice will be left in a state of infusion and any consequential steep comeuppance.

Yes.

Last time I checked I was a third cousin, twice removed.

It would have been thrice removed but I managed to give Security the slip.
