Auto play sound file with javascript

I am putting together a survey using Qualtrics that requires the user to hear an audio file without requiring them to press play or interact with any audio player controls. The Qualtrics survey builder allows for custom Javascript commands to be inserted into the site interface. If I wanted to write a command that completes such a task with an me file I uploaded to the server, what would it look like?
