I currently hold a undergrad degree in economics and finance, from wits. I would like to venture in the world of investment banking or
trading, what honors program can I do, I'm currently in the defense force, I'd like to do the course part time Education, and best university to do the honors program in South Africa

Contact your school (where you got your undergraduate degree) and ask them what they'd recommend. This is a part of what your tuition pays for - counseling. So use it.
