I need stats help ASAP! Please!

I need to finalize all my data so I can present it tomorrow. I think I have all the info but I'm not sure how to put it together correctly. I need all of the following:

Ho
Ha
Define P or mu?
Sigma
P-value
Z test statistic
99% Confidence interval with explanation
Reject or fail to reject null with explanation
Check conditions

I also need to know what type of test I used and why.

I also need a box plot with an explanation/description and a histogram with an explanation/description.

I did a survey of 22 out of 44 teachers on how much sleep they get per average on week nights.

I wanted to see if the amount of sleep they got met the recommended amount from the national sleep foundation which is at least 7 per night.

Here's the data in avg hours: 8,7,7.5,8,7,6.5,7,7,8,6.5,6.5,5,7,6,5,5,5.5,7,6.5,7,7,6.5

I did all the calculations but I'm really not sure if I did it correctly or can explain it correctly. Can you figure out everything (or anything) so I can compare/add/correct my info? Thanks so much. I greatly appreciate it!
