is it too late to start learning keyboard?

My son taught himself guitar when he was 18, he plays very well. He can also use a keyboard. He was only 6 when he taught himself to play the coca cola song on a toy piano.

If you plan to be a concert pianist, you probably should have started earlier, but people do amazing things when they are motivated.

By all means start now.
I taught myself piano in my 40's and played keyboards in a country band throughout my fifties. It was my passion

However, I recommend you take lessons from a certified teacher. It will really help your progress.

I started learning guitar when I was 20, and I went all the way with it.
So I don't think you absolutely have to start early in childhood, to be able to
get far.I think it's more like if you have music in you, then you'll have been
tapping on the furniture and singing and such all along (and that stuff counts
as practice. For example, my years of banging all over dashboards and the
arms of chairs, "drumming" to music I'd hear, translated very well onto an
actual drumset when I finally got one. It was as if I'd been playing all along.
