Me, I can hardly read all of this.
Humboldt State University has been pretty sharp in my experience (I lived near there for a while).
Apparently now there are a zillion questions re safety considerations for buses and trucks on that highway. Are they kidding? It's both boring and a kill zone.
The students were hopefuls from not your best academic areas but trying, and one of the promoters of getting room for varied students was on that bus and died. If I remember what I read, he organized the trip.
This is horribly sad to me in so many ways.
