How do you hire people to work for you ?

whatever you do, don't give them spam and ask them to serve the public.

off the top of my head, without knowing the specifics...

• put an ad in the paper
• put up flyers in your neighborhood
• word of mouth -- let people know you are hiring
• post the job on sites like dice, monster, etc.

there is usually a line of fellas outside of home depot, but you must habla espanol and carry cash...

Our state employment office has two days a week for hiring casual labor, if that's what you mean. All paper work is completed, you pay the state and they do all required deductions. This is New Mexico, but surely not a unique service.

I get an intermediary to do it for me, as otherwise I would have to converse with the working class.
