Google and Apple...
Is this "collusion"? NYT's says it is and it is front page news but it is not according to any definition of "collusion" that I am aware of.
Is this even wrong, after all they are not agreeing to not hire the other guys people, they are only agreeing to no seek them out and cold call them. Instead of alleging wrong doing NYT's should be complementing these two companies on good management practices.
This seems to be another instance of embarrassing abuse of language by alleged journalists.
