Graduated LVN couldnt take NCLEX

Hello all. I went to private school for LVN. I finished the program and aced the final. But since i owed them money they never gave me my diploma so i never took the NCLEX. I was paying 600 a month to attend and was paying 200 after. I lost my job and fell back on payments. That was in 2008. I now wish to try to take the NCLEX but i dont know how to get started. Is it even possible to do it again? Im currently going through bankruptcy and i started a payment rehab program with my lender to start paying back the lender. I havent payed the school yet tho. Can anybody please nudge me in the right direction.
