Marianne Fieglhuber-Gutscher Etching?

My wife's 90-year old grandmother had this etching in her possession. She lived in Germany/Austria during WWII and the etching seems authentic and old. It seems like an original etching and not a reprint, but I can't be sure.

The artist listed in pencil is Marianne Fieglhuber-Gutscher. I am not sure how to identify this as an original or even if it's worth my time.

Here is the link to the pictures of the etching:

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

@beachhaze,
Marianne Fieglhuber-Gutscher was a wellknown artits in Vienna, member of the Vienna Secession and the Hagenbund (both being famous artists associations).

It seems to be an original.

Edgings like yours (in German: "Radierung") are sold at about 50 Euros/$70
