I have attempted to put "blank" headers and footers on my pages, but apparently did something wrong. My headers are blank, but with a line underneath. How do I get rid of that line, so that my header will be blank?

Are you talking about forum headers and footers? Usually you have to put in the code for headers and footers, without the correct code you will get the line underneath.
