Dexter last episode - What did Deb say in minute 10?

I've played this over and over, and can't quite catch it.

For those with Netflix, it's season 8, episode 12, in minute 10.

(warning - spoiler for those that haven't watched it yet)

She's groggy, about to be taken into surgery, and she says something to Joey Quinn. He looks at her with a kind of strange look and says "What was that?" but she's aready being taken off.

It sounds like she's saying "I love you" but can't catch right after that, as she's almost unconscious.

Can someone go listen to that, and tell me?
