I have windows ME, and this error message keeps popping up "Hbsrv has caused an error in HBCORESRV.dll and will now close"
Any one that can suggest a way to stop it?

You have the Hotbar parasite. Step one would be to go into Add/Remove Programs, and if "Hotbar" or any thing named "Web Tools By xxxxx (could be any of a number of names), or anything very similar, is there, uninstall it, then hunt down and delete any remaining related files and folders. Then see THIS TOPIC and get busy.
