In the thread where the WB asks about the necessity of the "the", the first of the answers by the Tsar, the one requiring the "the", might benefit from the clarification entailing the specificity of the instance of the answer

However the choice of the "the" depends upon the context. The "the" the Tsar requires of the sentence implies the very last, or the "last last." If however, the reference is the general subject of the lesson/lecture then the "the" the "the" seems to need could be omitted

Forgive the "the 'the' the 'the' " the last para contains 'cause couldn't resist the opportunity. Now let's discuss the proper location and spacing for all the punctuation the "the" 's seem to require of the "The use of the 'the "the" ' "

The subject was roses.

Now, this is not to be confused or misconstrued with the subject being Rose's embroidery project for which she received an A+. That is clearly an entirely different matter.
