I need to know.....!!!

i need to find out these information please help me...!!!!
1. In the phase of formulation of the aims of the research(e.g. SWOT and PESTEL..)
2.In the phase of analyzing and interpreting the results of the research..

that means i need to learn what is it mean SWOT and PESTEL in the beginning of the research and what is it mean SWOT and PESTEL in analyzing of research......!!!!
