It's interesting 99 you should so report. Some activities or foods or meds reduce serotonin while others decrease it. Sometimes we feel better or worse from no apparent cause
I find 5-HTP helpful. There's also St John's wort and kava kava amongst nostrums that some find effective; ginseng also possibility
