I would prefer they not wear bikinis.... but I think this is against the law in most places.

A friend of mine, Morley Schloss & his wife won a Constitutional Law case in New York's highest court
recognizing the ladies' right to "top free equality" such that in NY, a chick can legally go topless.

It's usually just worn to look good/for tanning and it depends. Some are active wear. If it's fancy then it's just for tanning or light dips.

I'm sure the chicks in NY feel good about being regarded as an equal at last.

Let's hope that the honeys in California and the dolls in Florida get the same rights one day.

Womens can certainly go topless here in NYC so a bikini top is utterly unnecessary though admittedly the winter weather just might be incentive to at least wear a jacket and a scarf.

There are special areas of beach or inland nudist colonies where people are legally allowed to go naked, we can get into position to spy on them from a distance but it's a hassle because our binoculars keep steaming up

Nope, it was just a quickfire response, probably on impulse but very funny....just how spontaneous humour should be.
Humour should never be analyzed or dissected, as it kills the thing stone dead.
No matter...let it pass. The moment has gone and consigned to the big giggle archive in the ether.
