Yeah, but we could argue about the spelling of my name. Many (many many) people spell it your way. I spell it the italian way, depending on the italian foodwriter or dictionary - usually ossobuco or osso buco, it being a dish from Modena. I'm guessing in the more northern cities there, it might be ossobucco, and I think it is very much so in Germany.

Just don't call me ossobubba.
