Second Bachelors or Masters

I'm ignorant about all the issues about this choice, but I think the organizational leadership bit sounds useful - if you get into it and learn a lot and are at least semi-good at it.

I speak as someone who went back to school in an entirely different field from my first, at 40, at a university extension night program. That worked out, not just for myself but batches of my also older classmates. Took us a lot of time, as we had day jobs and other life considerations.
