That's the thing. It's kind of like finding out if someone is listening to a particular radio station, as far as I know. That is, I don't think it can be done, so there's no point in blaming any euro intelligence agencies.

In all honesty who knows what they're capable of doing these days. But I would have thought it within their capability to at least secure the phone, scramble or ......
I don't know Roger. But I think they can do a lot more than we think they can but probably a lot less than we can imagine they can.

The problem is that there's no reason to believe he knows or doesn't know. This Administration is filled with serial liars, including the man at the top. It's their first response to every difficulty.

That was my implication. I'm sure that sometimes they don't lie, but it's hard to tell just when.
